Its website (checked 10 Oct 2026) has no franchise, partner or dealer page, and its About page says it uses no third parties or contractors: every technician who visits a home is its own employee. A franchise enquiry form that sat on its site from 2017 to early 2021 (Wayback Machine) has been removed and never carried any terms. Since Apr 2024 HiCare has been owned by Rentokil PCI, Rentokil Initial's Indian pest-control company.

EPF Organisation writ petition against HiCare (2018)
The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation's Central Board of Trustees filed a writ petition against HiCare Services Pvt Ltd in the Bombay High Court in 2018. The only order we found (Jan 2019) adjourned it; its subject and outcome are not public.

Rentokil buys HiCare through PCI
Rentokil Initial announced in Apr 2024 that PCI, its Indian pest-control company, would acquire HiCare, described as India's second-largest pest-control company with 30 branches, over 1,000 employees and about ₹80 Cr annualised revenue.

HiCare has filed commercial intellectual-property suits against businesses trading as 'Hi Care Cleaning' (Bombay HC, 2026, in settlement talks in Aug 2026) and 'Golden Hicare Pest Management' (Bombay HC, 2019). The orders don't state the claims. Check that any 'HiCare' offer comes from HiCare Services Pvt Ltd itself.
