Pizza Hut Franchise
Pizza chain sold by Yum to LongRange Capital; ~980 India restaurants run by two merging franchisees (Mar 2026), no net openings. No public franchise terms.
We couldn't confirm Pizza Hut is taking franchisees right now
Treat this as research, not an open offer, until the brand confirms its programme in writing. See the note below.
About This Listing
We found no franchise, partner or dealer page on Pizza Hut India's website (checked 17 Oct 2026; its menu footer links only to About, Careers and the store locator). Almost every Pizza Hut restaurant in India is run by Devyani International and Sapphire Foods India, which are merging, and Devyani's annual report says it will open new Pizza Hut stores only to replace stores it is closing. Pizza Hut's owner also changed: press reports of Yum! Brands' 1 Sep 2026 announcement say it completed the sale of Pizza Hut outside mainland China to LongRange Capital. We found no public programme for a single-restaurant franchise, so we list Pizza Hut as 'unknown' rather than open.
