About the Brand

Brand USP

Delhi-based maker of electric cargo and passenger three-wheelers (Rage+, Stream) under the Anglian Omega group, with plants in Faridabad and Pune.

HeadquartersJasola, New Delhi
Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) makes electric commercial vehicles — mainly cargo and passenger three-wheelers such as the Rage+ and Stream range, plus electric two-wheelers and light trucks — from plants in Faridabad and Pune. The company behind it, Omega Seiki Pvt Ltd, was incorporated in Delhi in Mar 2018 and is part of the Anglian Omega group, an auto-parts and bright-steel business. It sells through dealers; in Aug 2026 it said it had 150 retail and service touchpoints and planned 250 by FY28. The partner route is an authorised dealership. Its 'Become a Dealer' page invites applications but publishes no terms — no investment, deposit, margin, showroom size, territory or contract length. FranchiseChuno estimates ₹25–50 L for a three-wheeler showroom with a small service bay, covering fit-out, tools and chargers, demo and opening stock, rent deposit and working capital. What to watch: filings show FY25 revenue of ₹330.8 Cr and a net loss of ₹34.4 Cr; the company now says it made a ₹7.3 Cr profit on about ₹333 Cr revenue in FY26, which isn't in a filing we could see yet. It has 7 registered charges (₹104 Cr) and its MSME filings show supplier payments overdue past 45 days jumping to 34 in Oct 2025–Mar 2026, from 3 in the half-year before. In Jun 2026 NCLT Ahmedabad ordered Omega Seiki Mobility Pvt Ltd — an OSM subsidiary now named Unoxpress Mobility — to hand back the remaining of 150 electric vehicles it had leased from Gensol EV Lease, which is in insolvency; the lessor's ₹1.14 Cr dues claim was left undecided. Because more than one group company has used the 'Omega Seiki Mobility' name, check which company signs the dealer agreement. Its website returned a server error on 10 Oct 2026, the dealer locator wasn't working in Jul 2026, and archived 2025 copies of its dealer page showed injected spam — so there is no public dealer list to check. Word-mark applications for the 'Omega Seiki Mobility' name (classes 9, 12, 37, 39 and 42) were filed only in Aug 2026 and are still awaiting examination. Ask for the dealer agreement, the margin and stock-holding terms, and speak to at least three existing OSM dealers before committing.

A profitable franchisor doesn't mean profitable franchisees. These are the company's numbers, not an outlet's. A franchisor can grow on fees and supplies while outlets struggle — talk to existing franchisees and see their accounts before you decide.
