About This Listing
Keventers' own website has no franchise page, terms or application form, so we cannot confirm that it is signing franchise partners in India today. In Feb 2024 its founder told Images Retail that new India stores are company-owned and operated (the UAE runs on a joint-venture model), and a Jul 2021 trade report said the company had closed several franchise locations. Its locator (31 Oct 2026) still names operators other than Super Milk Products Pvt. Ltd. at a few outlets, so some outlets are run by third parties. Franchise fees, licence terms and contact numbers quoted for Keventers on third-party sites are not published by Keventers and are not used here. Treat any Keventers franchise offer as unconfirmed until Super Milk Products states its terms in writing.

Delhi High Court judge criticises quality at a licensee's outlets (2019)
PTI reported in Jun 2019 that during Super Milk Products' suit against a licensee, the judge said Keventers was 'no longer as good as it used to be' and that he had the same experience 'at several outlets'. The court declined to order the licensee to stop using the Keventers name and urged both sides to try mediation. The licensee said it had made a substantial investment. The later outcome was not found.

A Jul 2021 trade report said Keventers had recently closed several franchise locations and was shifting to cloud kitchens in cities; the report did not give a number and had 150 outlets at that date.

Founders: franchisee-owned stores shut around 2019-20, new India stores are company-owned
In a Feb 2024 interview, founders Agastya Dalmia and Aman Arora described the brand was heavily franchise-focused around 2019-20 and that when franchisees could not sustain the business, stores shut; Dalmia said new India stores are now company-owned and operated, with a joint-venture model in the UAE. This is the company's own account.

Retail4Growth reported that Shaurya Prabhat succeeded founder Agastya Dalmia as CEO, aiming to open 70 outlets in a year and triple the business in three years. Revenue and profit were not disclosed.
