  Jubilant FoodWorks renews Domino's India master franchise for 15 years

  JFL told the stock exchanges on 1 Apr 2026 that it signed a Master Franchise Agreement with Domino's Pizza International Franchising Inc. on 31 Mar 2026 for exclusive rights to develop and operate Domino's stores in India, for 15 years with an option for 10 more, including the right to sub-license the marks. Consideration was not disclosed.
