Ask before you sign
- Speak to at least 3 franchisees who have run an outlet for 2+ years and see their actual monthly sales and profit — a franchisor making money doesn't mean its franchisees do.
- Ask for the one-time franchise fee in writing, and whether any part is refundable.
- Ask for the royalty and any marketing-fund fee, and how they're calculated (on sales or profit).

ChargeZone warns of fake offers about PM E-DRIVE subsidies
