Ayushakti Franchise

Healthcare & PharmacyEst. 1987Malad (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra

Mumbai Ayurveda clinic chain (since 1987) whose 2025 press names 14 franchised centres in Maharashtra; no franchise terms, fee or investment published.

About This Listing

Ayushakti's own website publishes no franchise or partner page, no terms and no application route. Press releases from 2025 describe franchise-owned centres (Sangli, Punawale) and say the company's focus is 'on using the franchise model as well as our own outlets', so franchised centres exist, but whether new partners are being taken, and on what investment, fee and royalty, is not published. Treat the terms below as unknown until the company confirms them.

About the Brand

Brand USP

Ayurveda centre chain built on the 'Siddha Veda' lineage of its founders, combining nadi pariksha consultation, panchakarma therapies and its own herbal products (brand statement).

HeadquartersMalad (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra
Ayushakti is an Ayurveda healthcare brand that its site says began in 1987 as a small clinic in Mumbai. It offers consultations with pulse reading (nadi pariksha), panchakarma detox treatments, massage and steam therapies, herbal remedies and diet plans through its own centres, and sells herbal products and virtual consultations online. The operating company named on its site is Ayushakti Ayurved Pvt. Ltd, registered office in Malad (West), Mumbai. The site makes brand claims of 1.9 million people served, clients in 108 countries and 32+ research papers, and a banner says its Malad centre is NABH accredited; none of these was independently checked. The franchise offer is not described on the brand's own site. A Mar 2025 press release on the Sangli opening says Ayushakti had 28 outlets across Maharashtra, 14 of them franchises, and quotes co-founder Smita Naram saying the focus is on 'the franchise model as well as our own outlets' in smaller cities (the release says 'Tier 2'). A later release on the Punawale centre calls it the 29th centre in Maharashtra and the 15th franchise outlet. A franchise centre in these releases has two therapy rooms, two consultation areas and two trained Ayurvedic experts; no area, investment, fee or royalty is stated anywhere. What to watch: no investment, fee, royalty, agreement term or payback is published, and the company has not confirmed that it is currently taking new partners. A Bombay High Court order of 2003 refused Ayushakti an injunction in a trademark dispute and observed that 'AYUSHAKTI' is laudatory or descriptive, and the advertising self-regulator ASCI upheld a complaint against its health-outcome ad claims in Mar 2017 (found inadequately substantiated and misleading by gross exaggeration). Co-founder Pankaj Naram died in Feb 2020; the founders' family members now lead the company. Registry status and CIN were not read from MCA21. Ask which licences and qualified practitioners a partner must provide. The same Sangli release says Ayushakti opened 7 outlets in the past two years across Pune, Nashik, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Noida and Surat, so not all of its centres may be in Maharashtra; the release gives no locator or full list.
