About the Brand

Brand USP

A supplement retailer that also owns private labels it sells (MuscleBlaze, HK Vitals, TrueBasics, Gritzo), with an online store and 225 shops on its own locator.

HeadquartersGurugram, Haryana
HealthKart sells protein powders, vitamins and other nutrition supplements online and through a chain of HealthKart-branded stores. The company behind it, Bright Lifecare Pvt Ltd of Gurugram (incorporated 2011), also owns private labels it sells — MuscleBlaze, HK Vitals, TrueBasics and Gritzo — alongside third-party brands. Its store locator lists 225 HealthKart stores across 24 states and union territories (our count, 4 Oct 2026); in June 2026 the company said it had crossed 250 stores in 111 cities, having opened its first in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi, in 2013. Inc42 reported, from its filings, ₹1,313 Cr revenue from operations and ₹120 Cr profit in FY25 (helped by a deferred-tax credit of about ₹31 Cr), up from ₹1,021 Cr and ₹37 Cr a year earlier. HealthKart does not publish a franchise programme. Its website and locator carry no franchise page, investment, fee, royalty, store size or application route, and we found no company statement that it sells franchises, so we list its franchise status as unknown. If it did take partners, FranchiseChuno estimates a 300–500 sq ft supplement store would need about ₹20–35 L* before rent deposit, most of it stock — our reasoning, not a HealthKart figure. What to watch: anyone offering a 'HealthKart franchise' should be able to show a written offer from Bright Lifecare itself. The company's profit is its own and says nothing about what a store earns. Online reviews are mixed: the app is rated 4.5/5 on Google Play, but HealthKart scores 2.2/5 on Trustpilot from a small number of reviews, mostly about returns, refunds and late deliveries. MSME filings show ₹2.30 Cr paid to small suppliers after the 45-day limit in Oct 2025–Mar 2026. In 2018 Amway India sued Bright Lifecare in the Delhi High Court over resale of Amway products online; an interim injunction granted in Jul 2019 was set aside on appeal in Jan 2020 in the other platforms' appeals, and we could not confirm where HealthKart's own suit stands.

Why invest in HealthKart?

- HealthKart's own store locator lists 225 stores across 24 states and UTs (4 Oct 2026); the company said in Jun 2026 it had passed 250 stores in 111 cities. - Bright Lifecare, the company behind HealthKart, reported ₹1,313 Cr revenue from operations and ₹120 Cr profit in FY25 — franchisor-level figures, not store earnings. - Its shopping app is rated 4.5/5 from about 1.16 lakh ratings on Google Play (Oct 2026).

A profitable franchisor doesn't mean profitable franchisees. These are the company's numbers, not an outlet's. A franchisor can grow on fees and supplies while outlets struggle — talk to existing franchisees and see their accounts before you decide.

What HealthKart franchisees say

We haven't yet heard from enough HealthKart franchisees to show anything. We publish totals once 3 or more people who run an outlet have answered and we've called each one to check.
