Licensee dispute over security deposit reached the Delhi commercial court (Apr 2026)
A Tripura centre that ran under a 2013 Agilus (then SRL) licence agreement and Agilus went to arbitration over money claimed and the security deposit. The arbitrator held the agreement had expired in October 2018 and that Agilus had not proved its claim; on 6 Apr 2026 the Delhi commercial court upheld most of the award but set aside the deposit refund as time-barred. This is a former licensee's dispute under an old agreement and may not reflect Agilus's current terms.
