Ask before you sign
- Speak to at least 3 franchisees who have run an outlet for 2+ years and see their actual monthly sales and profit — a franchisor making money doesn't mean its franchisees do.
- Get a written, itemised cost breakdown — the brand hasn't published one.
- Ask for every upfront payment in writing — deposit, onboarding, equipment or stock — and which parts are refundable.

Our Estimates
FranchiseChuno estimateAerofit doesn't publish these, so here is our best read of the market and how we got there. They are our estimates, not the brand's figures — use them to plan, then confirm the real numbers in writing.
All-in cost to open an Aerofit dealer showroom
₹20–35 L*
Assumes a 1,000–1,500 sq ft showroom in a tier-1/2 city: display and opening stock of roughly 20–30 cardio and strength machines at dealer cost (₹10–18 L), fit-out at about ₹800–1,200 per sq ft (₹8–15 L) and a 3–6 month rent deposit (₹1.5–4 L). Aerofit publishes none of these; a shop-in-shop inside an existing sports store would cost much less. The component ranges add up to roughly ₹19.5–37 L; we round to ₹20–35 L because a new dealer rarely hits the top of every range at once.
Unit-economics model · Sep 2026
Dealer gross margin on Aerofit equipment
15–25% of selling price*
Typical trade margin for imported home and commercial fitness equipment sold through multi-brand sports shops in India, squeezed by the brand's own online store and marketplace pricing. Aerofit publishes no dealer margin; treat this as a starting point to negotiate, not a promise.
