Treat this as research, not an open offer, until the brand confirms its programme in writing. See the note below.
About This Listing
Jockey's franchise page is an enquiry form with no terms. It asks about the applicant's store (own or rented; 1,000-1,200, 1,200-1,400 or 1,400+ sq ft carpet area) and the amount ready to invest (options of Rs 45-50 L or above Rs 50 L), and its on-page thank-you message says the team will get in touch 'if a suitable opportunity arises'. Those are form options, not published terms, and no fee, margin, royalty or agreement term is stated. Page Industries Ltd, the Indian licensee, says on the same page that traders are making fake franchise offers under the Jockey name. Treat any Jockey franchise offer as unconfirmed until Page Industries confirms its terms in writing, and be cautious of anyone asking for money first.

âš Scam alert
Page Industries warns of fake Jockey franchise offers
Page's franchise page says unscrupulous manufacturers and traders are making fake franchise offers and selling counterfeit goods under the Jockey marks, and cautions that violating its trademarks is liable for legal action. It is a notice by the brand, not an independent finding.

Dubai court claim by UAE distributor, dismissed in its current state (Sep 2026)
Page disclosed on 2 Sep 2026 a claim of AED 113,548,160.81 plus 9% interest by its UAE distributor over an alleged unlawful termination, and said on 21 Sep 2026 that the Dubai Court dismissed the claim 'in its current state' because the claimant did not pay a court-ordered expert deposit, with court fees and costs on the claimant. Page called the claim without merit. This concerns a UAE distribution arrangement, not Indian franchisees.

Q1 FY27 profit down 4% on input costs
Page's Q1 FY27 deck shows revenue up 7.9% to Rs 1,420 Cr but EBITDA margin down to 20.3% from 22.4% and profit after tax down 4.0% to Rs 193 Cr, which management attributed to cotton and synthetic input prices and short-term logistics disruption.

Foreign-exchange retail-trading breach disclosed; RBI compounding applied for (FY26 annual report)
Page's FY26 annual report (note on contingencies) says it sold Jockey and Speedo products, including imported ones, online without physical stores, which the FEMA retail-trading rules do not allow. It says it opened physical stores during FY26, stopped retail trading of imported products of one brand from 19 May 2026 and has applied to the RBI for compounding. It says any amount RBI sets is not expected to be material. This concerns online sales of imported goods, not franchisees.

Delhi High Court protects the Jockey mark against look-alike names (May 2026)
Jockey International Inc. (not Page) obtained an interim injunction against sellers using names such as JOYKE and JOYSKY, with takedown of listings on an e-commerce platform. The order concerns counterfeiters, not franchisees.
